Since 2006, Sub_Urban has been recognized as a leader in cultural programming and music curation in Mallorca. The company was founded by Sebas Ramis & Vik T, with a focus on providing creative support and program management to internationally engaged venues throughout the island. Sub_Urban diversified operations in 2013 with the launch of its record label, creating a new platform for its growing community of musicians to release original music and remixes. This initiative was augmented by the addition of Guri to the leadership staff, who serves as a full-time A&R, and has been deeply involved with the label’s musical direction since day one. After 10 years of output, Sub_Urban Music has earned a position among the premiere deep house labels worldwide, consistently garnering chart-topping releases from legendary producers such as JT Donaldson, Art of Tones, Fred Everything, Sebb Junior, Eider, Scott Diaz, Ron Basejam, Life on Planets, Ezel, and many more.
Sub_Urban expanded its portfolio in 2015 to offer a full range of strategic planning, creative direction, and music consulting services for a growing client list of art spaces, beach clubs, and hotels–including those in the luxury and lifestyle sector–and has worked closely with renowned brands such as Purobeach, Zuma Restaurants, Jumeirah Hotels, and Um Beach House. Today the company’s mission remains very much aligned with that of its inception; to serve as a cultural steward, to co-create spaces where authentic deep house music thrives and evolves, and to connect the top artists with the coolest destinations on the planet. By maintaining an open spirit with community-oriented characteristics, while embracing fresh partnerships and new technology platforms, Sub_Urban holds a dominant position in creative placemaking at the vanguard of international music culture.
