Vik-T closes another season as one of the most active DJs on the Mallorcan scene, with more than 150 performances between March and October.
The co-founder of Sub_Urban Music has signed off an exceptional year, solidifying his position as one of the leading figures of house and deep house on the island. His presence has been constant across Mallorca’s main stages, standing out especially for his warm-up for the legendary Louie Vega at BCM Mallorca — a meeting that brought together two generations of house culture — and for his participation in the Sub_Urban Sundays at Lío Club Mallorca, where he shared the booth with Badbox, Liva K, Yamil, Moeaike, and Sebas Ramis. Another highlight of Vik-T’s warm-ups was for The Shapeshifters, during a special Saturday mid-season at Lío Club Mallorca.
Throughout the summer, Vik-T also maintained residencies at some of the most emblematic spaces of Mallorca’s beach lifestyle, such as Purobeach Palma, Purobeach Illetas, and Purobeach Santa Ponsa, where he also serves as sound manager.
His activity extended to iconic venues like Jumeirah Mallorca (Port de Sóller), Xhaman Beach Club, Sa Gavina Beach Club, Mhares Sea Club, and Brooklyn Club Mallorca, not to mention his appearances at Casino Mallorca, Nu Mallorca, and Berganta Beach Club.
His style is defined by a classic, elegant, and soulful house sound, influenced by the American deep house of the 90s, breaks, and the soulful groove that characterize the Balearic school.
With over a decade of experience and thousands of performances behind him, Vik-T continues to be an essential ambassador of the contemporary Balearic sound and one of the key figures in the expansion of the Sub_Urban Music project, which keeps positioning Mallorca on the international house music map.
