"We Don’t Play Requests" is Sub_Urban's Deejay Mixes YouTube channel

"We Don’t Play Requests" is Sub_Urban's YouTube channel, through which the renowned Mediterranean deep house label shares its distinctive sound through various audiovisual formats tailored to the audience's preferences. Their goal is to spread their sound to every corner of the planet, all while adhering to the principle that DJs aren't there to take song requests.

It's no secret that people are increasingly turning to platforms like Spotify, Tidal, Apple Music, and, above all, YouTube for their music needs. YouTube has evolved beyond a simple video platform, becoming a global hub for visual communication. Here, people seek daily information, tutorials for cooking or assembling furniture, sports highlights, and most importantly, they consume a lot of music. What's fascinating is that these music enthusiasts are highly engaged with content, actively seeking playlists on Spotify and interacting more, offering invaluable support to musical content.

Recognizing the reach and global appeal of YouTube, Sub_Urban saw an opportunity and is making the most of it.

The first series was recorded in the Sub_Urban studio and featured Tenerife-born DJ Rayco Santos, who is now based in Ibiza, presenting a session of melodic deep house. Additionally, Vik.t, one of the founders of Sub_Urban and a prominent resident DJ in Mallorca, brought a more old-school selection to the mix.

The second part of the "Indoor" series was once again recorded within the confines of their studios, but this time with a more summery stage setup. The lineup featured Sebas Ramis, Guri, and Bonetti, delivering a blend of deep house, old-school vibes, a touch of Afro, and some jacking house courtesy of the final guest.
